Stirred tank
Stirred tank material to meet the requirements of production process, such as pressure, heat resistance, resistance to corrosion medium, and ensure the product clean, etc. Because of the different material, agitation tank manufacturing process, structure is also different, therefore can be divided into steel mixing equipment, glass lining equipments and mixing equipment with lining. The working principle of the stirred tank
Stirred tank type, size and speed of stirring power distribution between the overall flow and turbulent flow pulsation are affected. Generally speaking, the turbine power allocation for turbulent pulsating agitation tank, and propeller type stirred tank is good for the overall flow. For the same type of agitation tank, the power consumption under the same conditions, large diameter and low speed mixing tank, power is mainly consumed in the overall flow, is advantageous to the macroscopic mix. Small diameter, high speed agitation tank, power consumption mainly in turbulent fluctuation, is advantageous to the micromixing. Stirred tank amplification is related to the technological process of complicated problem, so far only by experience, step by step according to the criterion to enlarge, extrapolation to industrial scale.
